“Lorenzo’s Secret” – The “Rotavator Mulch-Maker” Of Frank A Hilario, A 60-Year Secret Hidden From Mechanical Minds!
This article of mine is about how to best use a rotavator. All over the world, the rotavator manufacturers think they know their respective rotavators – yes, but they don’t know the best use of it! Frank A Hilario’s “Rotavator Mulch-Maker,” sleeping for 6 decades!
Over
the decades, I have stayed interested in the rotavator because it’s big, and I
have a bigger job for it – once I have reinvented it.
How
big is the rotavator market worldwide? Here are some data – according to Global Info Research (02 Jan 2024, globalinforesearch.com): The global market size is US$ 1.71
billion in 2023 and is forecast to increase to US$ 2.05 billion in 2030. A
billion-dollar industry!
Of the global rotavator market, Data Bridge has this list of 29 countries
(databridgemarketresearch.com):
Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada,
China, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia,
Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa,
South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, and the US.
However many hunbreds they are, all those rotavator
makers are talking about is how that machine can cultivate soils, but not how
it can help farmers enrich their fields! Mechanical minds.
And why should I be concerned about the
global rotavator status when I am simply a Filipino Agriculturist and not an
inventor of anything? Because I have a research & development (R&D)
project in mind, the “Rotavator Mulch-Maker.”
R&D for a machine?! This comes from the fact that
I have discovered – and proven by experience – that a rotavator can be used, as
is, to produce a surface mulch, if you know how to operate the rotavator for
its maximum performance.
How do the manufacturers look at a
rotavator anyway? Stats Market Research says (statsmarketresearch.com):
“Rotavator
is tractor-drawn agricultural implement used for loosening the upper layer of
soil to create seedbed, remove, and mix residual of maize, wheat, sugarcane,
and other residues.”
However many hundreds they
are, each of those rotavator makers is talking about how that machine can cultivate
soils, but not how the rotavator can help
farmers enrich their fields!
And why should I be worried
about the global rotavator failure when I am simply a
Filipino Agriculturist and not a manufacturer of anything? Because I have this R&D
project in mind, like I said; via this project, the rotavator will be
reinvented to be able to automatically produce an organic
mulch all over the field even if the
operator is a novice, an unlearned person, or a hired hand with no prior
experience in farming – my Mulch-Maker will take care of everything!
I have
already written about this; see my April 2020 article “IRRI, PhilRice, The
Rotavator & Lorenzo’s Secret” (Communication
For Development, blogspot.com). The mechanical redesign for my
proposed Mulch-Maker is my old “Lorenzo’s Secret.”
If that succeeds, as I am
sure it will, my rotavator sponsor will become a billionaire overnight!
What I need is a
company sponsor, source of funds for that Mulch-Maker project – to the amount
of US$ 100,000.
Any takers?@517
